Job Title: Gastroenterologist

Job Description:

Provide outpatient and inpatient consultative gastroenterology care at BMC Brighton
Perform routine GI procedures including EGD and colonoscopy
Manage a wide range of GI conditions including GERD liver disease IBS IBD and GI bleeding
Participate in rotating inpatient coverage and call schedule
Collaborate with BMCs tertiary GI team for advanced cases and referrals
Work alongside a multidisciplinary care team including advanced practice providers GI nurses and anesthesiology support
Optional academic involvement including:
Teaching opportunities with medical students and residents
Participation in clinical quality initiatives
Scholarly or research collaboration with BMC Department of Gastroenterology (if desired)
