Job Description We are seeking an experienced Enterprise IT Lead Consultant Engineer to provide leadership in enterprise technology strategy solution design implementation and integration across large-scale IT environments. The ideal candidate will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to drive enterprise-wide initiatives modernize platforms and ensure alignment with organizational goals. This role requires strong leadership architectural expertise and hands-on technical capabilities.
Key Responsibilities -
Lead the design development and implementation of enterprise-level technology solutions and architecture.

Guide cross-functional engineering teams to deliver complex projects and ensure adherence to standards and best practices.

Oversee system integration application modernization cloud adoption and infrastructure optimization initiatives.

Drive technology roadmap planning standards documentation and governance processes.

Provide leadership in troubleshooting complex production issues and root cause analysis.

Required Qualifications -
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering or related field.

Minimum 12 years of experience in enterprise IT engineering or architecture roles.

Proven experience leading complex technical initiatives and cross-functional project delivery.

Strong background in enterprise systems architecture integration patterns cloud platforms and infrastructure.

Hands-on expertise with technologies such as Java/.NET Microservices API management databases CI/CD and DevOps practices.

Solid understanding of networking security frameworks virtualization and distributed computing.

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS Azure or Google Cloud.

Excellent analytical communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills -
Masters degree or industry certifications such as AWS/Azure Architect PMP ITIL TOGAF or DevOps certifications.

Experience in modernization of legacy systems including on-prem to cloud migration.

Strong architecture documentation and modeling skills (UML BPMN ArchiMate).

Background in Agile or hybrid delivery models.
