We are seeking an experienced Digital Strategy Lead Specialist Engineer who can drive enterprise-level digital transformation initiatives modernize business processes and define technology-enabled strategies. The ideal candidate will collaborate with executives cross-functional teams and technical leaders to create detailed roadmaps evaluate digital solutions and implement scalable strategies that support the organizations long-term vision. The role requires strong analytical architectural and leadership capabilities.

• Lead development and execution of enterprise digital strategy and transformation initiatives.

• Partner with business leaders to analyze needs define priorities and build strategic digital roadmaps.

• Evaluate emerging technologies and provide recommendations for digital platforms architectures and solutions.

• Drive end-to-end lifecycle planning from strategic assessment through solution deployment and performance measurement.

• Facilitate digital innovation workshops and translate business requirements into technical strategies.

• Oversee implementation of digital solutions including automation cloud platforms data analytics and customer experience systems.

• Lead cross-functional teams and guide stakeholders through change management processes.

• Define KPIs metrics and reporting frameworks to measure success of digital initiatives.

• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture security standards governance and compliance policies.

• Provide thought leadership on industry trends best practices and competitive insights.

• Develop documentation strategic plans and executive-level presentations.

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering Information Technology Business or related field.

• Minimum of 12 years of professional experience in digital strategy enterprise architecture or technology transformation roles.

• Strong background in large-scale digital transformation and technology modernization projects.

• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS Azure or GCP) automation tools and enterprise applications.

• Solid understanding of data strategy analytics platforms integration technologies and API architectures.

• Proven ability to analyze complex business needs and translate them into actionable plans.

• Experience leading cross-functional teams and working with executive stakeholders.

• Strong project management experience with ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

• Excellent communication leadership strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
