Job Summary

Role Description

This is a full-time role for a NY No-Fault Arbitration & Suit Defense Attorney based in Buffalo NY. Our attorneys currently work remotely with access to an office environment in Buffalo as needed and desired. The attorney will handle no-fault insurance disputes represent clients in arbitration and litigation prepare pleadings motions and briefs and provide legal advice to clients on insurance coverage and defense matters. The role also involves attending hearings and negotiations evaluating cases and working collaboratively within a team to resolve legal issues efficiently.

Qualifications

Strong understanding of no-fault insurance law arbitration and suit defense practices.
Proficiency in legal writing including drafting pleadings motions and briefs.
Experience with litigation processes including case evaluation negotiation and trial preparation.
Strong research and analytical skills to navigate complex legal issues.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client consultation negotiation and courtroom advocacy.
Ability to successfully balance caseloads and deadlines in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Admitted to practice law in the state of New York with a Juris Doctor degree.
Experience in insurance-related legal matters preferred but not required.
