Job Description

* Research design and implement ML and GenAI solutions for fragmented large-scale and unstructured datasets.

* Develop data pipelines and workflows in Python for ingestion transformation and feature engineering.

* Apply advanced techniques like RAG LLM fine-tuning and embedding optimization for improved performance.

* Work with large databases data warehouses and integrate across multiple sources with ambiguity handling.

* Deploy models using Azure ensuring scalability and governance with MLOps best practices.

* Conduct experimentation and A/B testing to validate hypotheses and optimize outcomes.

* Collaborate with engineering teams for product ionization and monitoring of models.

* Drive continuous improvement through metrics-driven insights and iterative refinements
