Job Summary
- Manage walk-in customer sales inside the showroom.
- Welcome customers understand needs and recommend the right products.
- Present products clearly explaining specifications features and benefits.
- Prepare quotations process orders and ensure smooth checkout.
- Follow up with interested customers to convert inquiries into closed deals.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and report daily/weekly performance.
- Ensure showroom product displays are organized and aligned with brand standards.
- Coordinate with inventory/warehouse teams to confirm product availability.
- Maintain accurate customer records on CRM or internal tracking sheets
Requirements
- 02 years of sales experience (building materials/door accessories is a strong plus).
- Bachelors degree.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use POS/CRM systems.
