Position Overview
We are currently looking for Danish-speaking Technical Support Agents to join a growing support team. This is an exciting opportunity to provide technical assistance to users of a global technology platform. If youre tech-savvy sales-oriented and fluent in Danish and English this role could be your next big move.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to users via chat phone and email.
- Guide customers through technical troubleshooting setup and feature navigation.
- Offer pre- and post-sales technical support to help users maximize platform benefits.
- Handle inquiries about software bugs system performance and functionality.
- Escalate unresolved issues to higher-tier support when necessary.
- Document all interactions and resolutions in the system.
- Ensure timely clear and customer-focused communication.
Candidate Profile
- Fluency in Danish and English (mandatory).
- Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new systems and tools quickly.
- Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Prior experience in technical support is highly valued but not required.
Compensation & Benefits Package
- Basic Salary: EUR 1500.00 gross/month
- Performance Bonus (up to): EUR 500.00/month
- Meal Allowance of EUR 7.23 per day worked
- Full training provided and paid. Bonus and allowances vary depending on attendance and performance.
