The Strategic Partner serves as the key liaison between our client and its partners ensuring smooth communication and resolving any issues that may arise. The role is responsible for streamlining coordination across internal departments and external partners to drive efficiency resolve delays and maintain strong partner relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main communication channel between our client and its partners to ensure alignment on projects timelines and deliverables.
- Follow up on all ongoing business and pending matters between Metra and partners to ensure timely execution.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and internal teams to resolve any delays or back-orders issues.
- Coordinate with the Finance and Collection teams to support the collection process in a smooth and efficient manner.
- Review and track the status of all ongoing projects with partners to ensure alignment with agreed plans and timelines.
- Proactively identify potential issues or bottlenecks and work with relevant departments to resolve them.
- Prepare regular updates and reports on project status collections and partner feedback for management review.
Requirements
- 24 years of experience in partner management sales coordination or business operations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and resolve issues efficiently.
- Knowledge of IT distribution or technology-related industries is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel Word Outlook).
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Sales or a related field
