Key Responsibilities

• Learn and perform cooking duties to include preparation
  
• Cross functional ability to tend bar (beer and wine) and act as cashier
  
• Ability to learn maintain and operate robotics and automation

Qualifications

• Love and passion for cooking food preparation some knowledge of working with bread dough a plus
  
• Ability to learn operate and maintain robotics and other automation. No need for robotics or automation experience but at least basic mechanical aptitude is critical for the successful candidate
  
• Critical thinking and problem solving skills
  
• Ability to work in a cross-functional hybrid position that could also include bar tending and general restaurant duties
