Job Purpose
1. Product maintenance and Increment development
2. Problem shooting
3. Value Engineering
4. Support NPD project
5. Production support and process optimization
Key Accountabilities
1. Product Maintenance and Incremental Development
Prepare and overview formulation for chemist in terms of color matching & testing
Review all formulation maintain in system
2. Support Value Engineering
Raw material evaluation for alternatives and replacement
Complexity Reduction
Reformulation and process savings
3. Production support and process optimization
Review complexity reduction
Quality improvement
Monitor process for new product and scale-up support
4. Support NPD projects (if required)
Support Lab evaluation as request from NPD team
Support evaluation on product localization
5. Problem shooting
Involve investigation on complaint from customer
Coordinate with TSBP/Sales to provide the solution/feedback to customer

Experience
Bachelors degree in a chemistry-related field
Minimum of two years of experience in the coatings industry
Fluent in English both written and spoken
Strong work ethic and effective team collaboration skills
Able to write report
Sensitive to color able to see the color difference and do color adjustment
Familiar with Microsoft Office
