We are seeking an exceptional leader to join us as Assistant Director (AD) of People Culture & Communications. This newly created role is pivotal to supporting our transformation agenda and building a high-performing values-led organisation.
What the role will include:
As AD of People Culture & Communications you will:
- Provide strategic leadership across HR organisational design and development learning & development talent management wellbeing and communications.
- Champion the ongoing development and enhancement of our People and Communications functions fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Embed a systemic approach to culture colleague experience and wellbeing.
- Oversee strategic internal and external communications ensuring consistent and impactful messaging.
- Advise the Executive and Senior Leadership Group on people culture and communications matters.
About you:
Were looking for an inspiring leader who combines strategic vision with hands-on delivery. Youll bring:
- Extensive senior-level experience in HR leading strategy and transformation
- Strong background in organisational design and development talent L&D and wellbeing
- Proven ability to drive People and Comms initiatives
- Excellent communicator and stakeholder manager
