Were now looking for a confident experienced strategic Director of Finance and Resources to inspire shape and lead all finance and resources functions across our dynamic Group; Stockport Homes Viaduct SKylight and Three Sixty.

This is a career-defining opportunity to take ownership of:

Strategic financial management and business planning for all group companies across a Group with turnover in excess of 140m
Regulatory and statutory compliance in a complex diverse Group
Dynamic and efficient Resources teams that enable the delivery of the aims of the group

As part of the Executive Leadership Team youll work directly with the Chief Executive and Board influencing key decisions and driving transformation. Youll lead team members with vision and purpose ensuring high performance social impact and commercial success go hand-in-hand.
