Job Summary

To support work/life satisfaction our nurses share scheduling and work every other weekend and every other holiday.
With a low patient/nurse ratio youll have an opportunity do your work in a high-quality environment including:
- Administer medications and assist with wound care
- Assist with obtaining and processing orders
- Assessments
- Check vital signs
- Coordinate and collaborate alongside an interdisciplinary clinical team to implement and assess a comprehensive plan of care
- Provide encouragement emotional support and communication for residents and their loved ones
- Provide leadership guidance and support to your team
- Assist with resident care needs
- Provide appropriate documentation
Our nurses have great skills including a valid nurse license and CPR certification. Whether you are brand new to nursing or are a seasoned professional Deerfield provides the environment that supports your success and helps you grow.
