Job Summary

The purpose of this job is to build and govern a high-performing global controllership frameworkdriving close discipline financial compliance ICFR control effectiveness and entity-level result integrity. Ensure the close is predictable fast right-first-time and audit-ready while developing controllership capability across all entities.

You will:

Ensure entity submissions reconcile with each Groups mapping eliminations and FX rules;
Ensure consistency comparability and accuracy across all pillars/entities;
Act as the primary point of contact with external auditors and local advisors;
Own the PBC plan timeline deliverables and cross-functional coordination;
Ensure all entities deliver statutory accounts on time and free of audit findings;
Own ICFR/financial controls design documentation and control environment maturity;
Coach FCs and the Reporting & Accounting Manager to raise accounting capability and quality;

You have:

10 years in controllership/technical accounting; multi-entity multi-currency environments; e-commerce or supply-chain a plus.
Excellent stakeholder management with finance ops IT and auditors.
Experience building teams and developing people.
Big 4 experience
RA/CA/CPA/RC certification
Functional knowledge of SAP
Close/reconciliation tooling (e.g. BlackLine)
