Responsible for driving PM Progress tracking and reporting governance Agile process enablement and reporting for the migration of Data Warehouse application to a modern architecture
What will your job look like
- You will maintain PM governance standards including documentation dashboards and compliance tracking.
- You will manage project scope timelines risks and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
- You will prepare executive-level progress reports for leadership.
- You will coach teams on Kanban principles and facilitate Agile ceremonies.
- You will manage Azure DevOps Boards for Kanban workflows and reporting.
- You will collaborate with architect and technical leads to ensure alignment with migration milestones and accurate reporting.
- You will act as a liaison between technical teams leadership and business stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment.
All you need is...
- Bachelors degree in IT Computer Science or related field.
- 5 years in PM or Technical Project Management roles within Data Engineering or Data Analytics projects.
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum or Kanban) and experience as Scrum Master or Kanban Coach.
- Familiarity with Azure Cloud Databricks and Data Warehouse concepts.
- General understanding of Azure DevOps CI/CD and Azure Boards.
- Excellent communication and executive reporting skills.
Even better if you have
- Exposure to Medallion architecture Delta Lake Power BI dashboards and data lineage.
- Knowledge of data streaming technologies (Event Hubs) principles.
- SAFe or other Agile certifications (CSM KMP PMI-ACP).
- Strong analytical and dashboarding skills (Power BI preferred).
