Assist in the design development and implementation of MIS projects and initiatives. Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for MIS reports & Tools. Extract actionable insights from data through advanced analytics enabling informed decision-making andstrategic planning. Create compelling presentations that effectively communicate data-driven insights to diverse stakeholdersenhancing decision-making and fostering knowledge sharing Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with businessobjectives. Perform data analysis and interpretation to support decision-making processes. Develop and maintain documentation related to MIS processes procedures and systems. Participate in meetings and discussions with stakeholders to gather feedback and requirements for reportenhancements. Builds a comprehensive understanding of the applications systems and infrastructure across theOutsourcing GB line of business. Work with the support teams to ensure reliability and automation of production activities related toBI environment. Provide technical support as needed. Maintain security model in relation with the BI tool Works closely with team members to ensure that the correct data is always displayed in reporting. Initiate practices that will increase code quality performance and security. Develops recommendations for continuous improvements initiatives applying deep subject matterknowledge to provide guidance at all levels on the potential implications of changes. High learning adaptability demonstrating understanding of the implications of technical issues onbusiness requirements and / or operations.

Knowledge on BI tools including installation administration management and Business Intelligence Reportingexperience including design and development. Expert in Advanced Excel formulas Expert in ppt tools Experience on creating reports using a BI tool (e.g. Power BI) Experience on data modelling for BI Experience developing reports and dashboards Proficiency in database MS application & management systems (e.g. MS Office Access SQL Server Oracle). Experience migrating legacy and/or other BI tool reports. Strong knowledge on code quality with emphasis on continuous improvement performance and security Knowledge on continuous delivery and continuous integration practices Willingness to work in a fast-paced collaborative team environment that has tight deadlines.
