Our Global Wealth Management Engineering team is hiring a Team Lead

Is this role right for you In this role you will:

• Participate in daily Scrum meeting
• Review team members codes use a peer review system for code review
• Refining sessions -look ahead at upcoming work provide estimates
• Champions a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships systems and knowledge.
• Work with product owners and business system analysts to refine ticket requirements in JIRA and Confluence and implement documented designs.
• Collaborate closely with a team of Android IOS and other backend developers to work on both new features and incremental improvements to the banks flagship mobile apps
• Adhere to and demonstrate good coding conventions and best practices
• Lead by example a team of API developers to design and implement best-in-class performance scalability reliability & resiliency
• Work with Architect to document system design manage vulnerabilities found in automated secure scans.
• Understand how the Banks risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions.
• Champions a high-performance environment and contributes to an inclusive work environment.

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role Wed love to work with you if you have.

• 6 years of previous experience of Microservices development on Cloud platforms such as Azure or Google cloud
• 6 years of applying clean code architecture and TDD methodologies
• 5 years of and other tools used in RESTful API Development
• 1 years of experience leading a team of developers
• Previous experience with Authentication Systems
• Experience building applications that are highly performant scalable and resilient.
• Extensive automated testing & integration testing exposure
• Experience with api risk management methodologies
• Competent in software engineering and computer science principles
