Title:

Responsibilities

• Under general supervision performs all conventional aspects of the functional area subject matter. Devises new approaches to problems encountered.
• Effectively lead and coordinate project Building services personnel (as and when required) to maximise collaboration efficiency productivity and consistency in delivery.
• Participate during the proposal stage of projects to support bid development and preparing the pre-contract project scope methodology and hours/fees build up.
• Plans schedules and conducts work requiring judgment in the independent evaluation selection and adaptation of engineering techniques procedures and criteria.
• Performs work which involves conventional engineering practice but may include a variety of complex features such as conflicting design requirements unsuitability of conventional materials and difficult coordination requirements.
• Provides technical guidance to designers and less experienced engineers. Job tasks correctly performed impact indirectly on cost containment efficiency profitability or operations.
• Evaluates and pursues opportunities based on fit with organizational strategies and priorities
• Develops new approaches and solutions to problems with the greatest strategic impact on the business
• Identifies issues related to emerging customer and market needs
• Contributes to outcomes by utilizing strengths focusing on increasing benefits and minimizing risk.
• Consistently behave in a manner that reflects KBRs values.
• Celebrate examples of staff demonstrating KBRs Values.
• Address individuals who act contrary to KBRs values or Code of Conduct.
• Seek to continuously improve on the experience your staff have each day while working at KBR.
