Moritz Kia - Alliance is seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Used Vehicle Recon Technician to join our team in Fort Worth TX. As a key member of our pre-owned vehicle preparation team you will play a vital role in ensuring our used vehicles meet the highest standards of quality and safety before reaching our customers.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough inspections repairs and reconditioning of used vehicles to ensure they meet Moritz Kias quality standards.
Conduct mechanical cosmetic and safety repairs including minor bodywork detailing and fluid changes.
Identify and communicate any additional necessary repairs or reconditioning requirements to management.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols.
Collaborate closely with the sales and service teams to ensure efficient vehicle turnaround times.
Keep accurate records of reconditioning work and vehicle condition reports.

Requirements

Previous experience in vehicle reconditioning or automotive technician role preferred.
Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of automotive repair techniques.
Ability to perform detailed inspections and quality checks.
Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technology.
