Job Summary
Position: Data Entry Clerk
Contract Assignment: ASAP Start 6/28/2026 (Potential for Extension Temp to Perm)
Location:Dallas TX Onsite
Shift: 1st Shift 8:00 AM 4:30 PM Monday Friday
Pay Rate: $18.00/HR paid weekly.
(Exact compensation may vary based on skills experience and location. Base pay information is based on market location.)

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum typing speed of 40 WPM (please include test scores on your resume).
- Proficient in reading writing interpreting and speaking English.
- Strong interpersonal written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Experience with complex data entry and ability to understand and follow detailed instructions independently.
- Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with PCs and Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) and Skype for Business.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with healthcare terminology.
- Ability to quickly learn adapt and apply new concepts and client instructions.
- Knowledge of CPT HCPCS and ICD-10 coding including modifier usage.
- Understanding of Explanation of Benefits (EOBs).
- Comprehensive knowledge of HIPAA guidelines and compliance requirements.
Working Conditions:
- May on occasion be exposed to loud sounds and distracting noise levels such as from office equipment.
- The ability to lift up to 30lbs.
- Use of computers and technology.
