Job Summary
AME Machining
Objective
Responsible of Product ownership Manufacturing Process Design Program Launch Key Milestones (EXCEL) follow-up and execution.

- GD&T Interpretation: Applying geometric tolerances in design and inspection.
Position Requirements
- Education in Mechanical Engineer Mechatronics Engineer Industrial Engineer.
- Advanced English
- More than 5 years of experience in Engineering Areas.
- More than 3 years of experience in leading Manufacturing or Engineering Teams.
- CNC Machining Process experience required.
- Tool Selection & Optimization: Understanding cutting tool materials geometries and coatings for different applications.
- Machining Parameters
- Fixture & Workholding Design.
- GD&T Interpretation: Applying geometric tolerances in design and inspection.
- Process Capability Analysis: Cp Cpk and statistical control of machining processes.
- Process Development & Troubleshooting
- Cycle Time Analysis: Identifying bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement.
- Root Cause Analysis: Troubleshooting issues like chatter tool wear and dimensional drift.
- CAD/CAM knowledge: SolidWorks CATIA NX for design and toolpath generation.
- FMEA for Machining: Identifying risks specific to cutting operations.
- SPC & Control Charts: Monitoring critical dimensions and process stability.
