Youll work closely with specialist support partners help maintain high-quality housing management services and contribute to shaping the future of supported housing across Wales. Every day brings a mix of people-focused work data problem-solving and collaborationkeeping the role engaging and purposeful.

Where does the role fit in

This role sits within Pobls Supported Housing team. Youll be the main point of contact for the specialist support partners we work with and support the Supported Housing Manager with contract oversight performance monitoring compliance checks and ensuring services delivered on our behalf meet our standards. You will also help us stay aware of policy and legislative changes so we can manage any risks and opportunities effectively.

What skills and experience do you need

Because this is a short-term fast-paced internal role were looking for someone who can confidently step in and get up to speed quickly. Youll already have experience in housing. Ideally within supported housing tenancy or estate management and be comfortable working with contracts compliance and policy. Strong communication skills are essential as youll be building relationships with partners and explaining complex information in a clear and supportive way. You should be organised analytical able to manage competing priorities and committed to delivering inclusive high-quality services. A full UK driving licence IT confidence and the ability to work independently are all important for success in this role.

What are the pay and benefits

Time off and Flexibility

  • Base location: Newport Cardiff or Swansea with regular travel across South Wales and surrounding Local Authorities. Meetings may take place at any of our offices in these locations
  • Working days are predominately Monday to Friday.
  • 26 days holiday plus Bank holidays. Rising to 31 days with an extra day for each full year of service.
  • Maternity & Adoption Leave: 20 weeks
  • Paternity Leave: 3 weeks

Money and Pensions

  • The exact salary is 32351 for a 37 hours Fixed term 3 month position
  • 45p per mile for mileage allowance
  • Pension Choices: Defined Contribution (DC) Scheme with matched contributions up to 10%.OrDefined Benefit (DB) 1/80thof final salary for every year of service.
  • The successful candidate will need a basic DBS check in place which we pay for.
