Snap Inc. is seeking a commercially driven strategic Agency Partner to manage and grow our relationships with major UK agency holding this role you will build deep trusted partnerships across all levels of the agency help define Snapchats role within clients marketing strategies and lead high-impact initiatives that drive revenue growth.
What Youll Do:
Build and maintain senior-level relationships within agency partners acting as the primary owner and advocate for the partnership
Collaborate with agency leadership to develop joint strategic plans that drive growth across revenue advertiser adoption and product usage
Educate and inspire agency planning and strategy teams by sharing insights best practices and creative ideas that demonstrate whats possible on Snapchat
Coordinate closely with internal and external stakeholders to articulate the value of Snapchats advertising solutions for both brand and performance advertisers
Partner with the UK Snap sales team to ensure agencies receive best-in-class support for onboarding and scaling advertiser accounts
Own and manage agency trading relationships and bespoke programs ensuring agreed objectives and milestones are delivered
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors degree (BA/BSc) or equivalent experience preferred
8 years of experience in media sales or online advertising with a strong agency focus
Demonstrated success partnering with senior-level executives
Established relationships with key agency decision-makers
Deep understanding of social media video programmatic buying mobile apps and digital marketing
Preferred Qualifications:
Ability to influence and gain buy-in from key internal and external stakeholders
Proactive self-motivated contributor with a passion for building Snaps business
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced constantly evolving environment
Creative strategic thinker with a solutions-oriented mindset
Excellent communication and presentation skills
