Qualifications

Join our team as a Student Assistant and support us in Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding activities with regards to student fairs and student jobs in Germany.
You will have a great opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in the following areas:
- Support organization of student related events and represent DNV on site
- Internal coordination of applications received during and after career fair events
- Establish and maintain close contact internal DNV organization to identify job offers for students and young professionals
- Identify and organize relevant student events all over Germany
- Maintain an internal student network initiative and coordinate related activities
- Support procurement of employer branding material
- Support DNV country management in project work

Qualifications
- Enrolled university student with a strong passion for Talent Acquisition & Emplyer Branding
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to engaging with others
- Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to maintain an overview of ongoing projects
- Ability to work independently and take personal responsibility
- Enjoys collaborating within a team environment
- Willingness to travel within Germany
- Fluent in both English and German
