Join our team as a Millwright and help keep our operations running smoothly! Youll be part of a skilled maintenance team dedicated to maximizing equipment efficiency and this role youll perform preventative and corrective maintenance and take on exciting project work to support Dufferin Aggregates success.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on production equipment and support during breakdowns.

• Troubleshoot repair install and replace equipment such as conveyors pumps pneumatic systems compressors and boilers.

• Participate in project work (process improvement reliability) and annual shutdown overhauls.

• Remove outdated or unused equipment as directed.

• Maintain housekeeping standards and report deficiencies to the supervisor.

• Comply with all health and safety regulations including PPE use and Lockout/Tagout procedures.

Requirements:

• Valid 433A Millwright License

• 5 Years of expeirence in an heavy industrial setting as a Millright

• Experience welding cutting brazing using different techniques and with different metals

• Hoisting and Rigging knowledge (considered strong asset)

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints diagrams and schematics

• Strong troubleshooting skills for pumps fans blowers and gear drives

• Ability to work in varied conditions (outdoors heights confined spaces)
