Northside Hospital Forsyth Rehab is opening an early application pipeline for December 2025 OT and COTA graduates interested in joining our high-performing therapy team. Responsibilities
For OT Applicants (Occupational Therapist I)
Required:
Bachelors degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
Licensed as an Occupational Therapist by the Georgia State Board of Occupational Therapy
Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Preferred:
Previous patient care experience
For COTA Applicants (Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant)
Required:
Associates degree or higher from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
Current licensure as an Occupational Therapy Assistant by the Georgia State Board of Physical Therapy
Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Preferred:
Previous patient care experience
Qualifications
For OT Applicants:
Bachelors Masters or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy (required)
Less than 1 year experience (new grads welcome)
Eligible for Georgia OT licensure
For COTA Applicants:
Associate degree from an accredited OTA program (required)
Eligible for Georgia COTA licensure
Less than 1 year experience (new grads welcome)
Both groups must meet Northside Hospital onboarding background and credentialing requirements.
