A Taste of What Youll Be Doing

Drive Reliability Strategy Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to improve equipment performance and manage the maintenance parts budget effectively.
Plan & Execute Maintenance Lead preventive and predictive maintenance programs using root cause analysis and advanced CMMS tools.
Champion Safety Excellence Strengthen site-wide safety programs and set consistent benchmarks for compliance and protection.
Develop High-Performing Teams Manage supervisors skilled trades and support staff while driving training and capability building.
Leverage Technology Utilize modern tools for reporting and analysis; experience with 3D printing is a plus.

Were Looking for Someone With

Bachelors degree in Engineering Industrial Technology or related field
Extensive experience in plant maintenance or reliability leadership
Expertise in CMMS systems and maintenance budgeting
Proven success implementing TPM RCM FMEA and predictive/preventive maintenance strategies
Experience managing large teams of salaried and hourly employees
Strong track record in developing and sustaining safety programs

Compensation

The annual salary range is $109280 - $143430 which is based on various factors such as location experience and skill. Discretionary bonuses based on company and individual performance are also available.
