Job Summary

Our service based in Langford is looking for a passionate and caring Educator for children in our before and after school care capacity. This is a permanent part-time position at 31.5 hours per week all year round - the perfect balance!

Shift times will be Monday - Friday 7:00 - 9:00 AM 3:00 06:30 PM (Rise and Shine and Stay and Play Program). with the opportunity to pick up morning and afternoon shifts if you would like to.


About the role


Working in a team of Educators you will have support of a Coordinator to seamlessly run before and after school care for children aged 5-12 years:

  • Facilitate an engaging child-centered program full of exciting experiences such as STEM sport cooking art and craft - whatever you and the children are into!
  • Foster healthy relationships with children the school community and parents
  • Work with a team of skilled Educators onsite

Who are we looking for 

We can teach you about the job and sector but a few basics you need to have: 

Enjoys working with children and making a positive impact 
Communicates clearly and confidently 
Works well in a team and aspires to grow into a leadership role 
Holds (or is willing to obtain) a National Police Check and a Working with Children check 
Has Australian work rights
Obtained or studying towards a relevant qualification to work with kids in OSHC per ACECQA
