Synergie Australia is seeking a Stores Person for a major manufacturing company located in Green Fields SA (Northern Suburbs).
The important parts:
- Shift: Day Shift 6:30 am 2:36 pm
- Pay: $33.38 per hour
- Start: Immediate start available
What you will be required to do:
This role involves accurately receiving storing and dispatching parts and consumables operating forklifts and lifting equipment supporting stocktakes and assisting with the setup of the companys new site to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
- Receive unpack and inspect incoming goods ensuring correct storage
- Issue and dispatch goods to internal and external customers
- Operate forklifts and lifting equipment safely
- Assist with setup and organisation of the new site
- Maintain accurate stock records and assist with stocktakes
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean organised workspace
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives such as 5S
To be successful in the role you will:
- Hold a valid forklift licence (essential)
- Have experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
- Be computer literate and familiar with stock/ERP systems
- Be reliable team-oriented and safety-conscious
- Have working rights in Australia and access to reliable transport
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and willingness to learn
