About the Role

As a Vintage Forklift Driver youll play a crucial role in supporting our harvest operations ensuring the efficient and safe movement of grapes and materials throughout the site. This is a hands-on casual role requiring a strong work ethic attention to detail and a commitment to safety.

About the Role

Operating forklifts safely and efficiently to transport grape bins

Loading and unloading trucks with grapes and winemaking supplies

Stacking and organizing bins and pallets in designated areas

Assisting with general cellar tasks as required including cleanup and maintenance

Performing routine equipment checks and reporting any maintenance issues

Adhering to all safety protocols and procedures

Maintaining a clean and organized work area

The start date for this casual position is Monday February 9th 2026 with the position lasting 4 to 6 weeks. Successful candidates must be able to work day afternoon and night shifts

Key Criteria

To be considered for this opportunity applicants must:

Current and valid Australian Forklift License (LF)

Proven experience operating forklifts in a vineyard agricultural or similar environment

A strong commitment to workplace safety and safe operating procedures

Ability to perform physically demanding work in an outdoor environment

Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

Have the right to work in Australia until at least the end of April 2026

Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team

Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and potentially some overtime

Valid Drivers License and own transportation to the Coldstream site
