Job Summary
- You are responsible for optimizing production processes and implementing corrective measures to address discrepancies.
- You ensure the production of high-quality injection molded parts according to company standards and customer specifications.
- You work to achieve the required production rates set by the company.
- You maintain a safe working environment throughout all operations.
Qualifications :
- High School Diploma
- 2 years of injection molding experience
- Skilled with various mold machines and robots
- Knowledge of different mold concepts and resins
- Familiar with GMP in Medical or Food Industry
- Experience with Decoupled Molding and Scientific Injection Molding (SIM)
- Problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
- Strong mechanical aptitude and communication skills
- Proficient in English
