Job Summary

  • Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks

  • Coordinate schedules meetings and travel arrangements

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Business Finance or a related field

  • 13 years of administrative or office operations experience

  • Strong organizational communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace

  • Ability to work independently manage time effectively and prioritize tasks

  • Positive proactive attitude with a strong willingness to support the team
