Key Responsibilities - Provide individual family and group therapy to children and adolescents
- Use trauma-informed evidence-based therapy approaches in all sessions
- Conduct comprehensive intake assessment treatment planning and diagnosis
- Maintain client files with clear concise documentation in compliance with OMNI policies and contractual requirements
- Prepare required reports case notes and documentation for billing and program monitoring
- Participate in program planning team meetings and supervision
- Maintain communication with schools referral sources and other collateral contacts
- Provide 24-hour crisis intervention services as needed
Required Qualifications - Masters degree in Social Work Counseling Psychology or related human services field
- Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written)
- Licensed or eligible for Illinois licensure: LSW LCSW LPC LCPC or CADC within 2 years
- Experience or interest in child therapy adolescent therapy and trauma-informed care
- Ability to work evenings and/or weekends as required
- Strong interpersonal organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work with diverse client populations and maintain cultural sensitivity
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook
- Valid drivers license and proof of insurance
