Location: Ashburn Court VA 20148
Duration: 16 Weeks
Shift: Day Shift
Schedule: 8:00 AM 3:30 PM
Pay Rate: $50 $53/hour
Position Overview
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Occupational Therapist (OT) Float to provide student-centered therapy services across multiple school locations. This role requires flexibility strong communication skills and the ability to support students with diverse physical developmental and sensory needs while maintaining compliance with educational and clinical standards.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver occupational therapy services across various assigned school sites
Assess students physical sensory and developmental needs
Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
Support students in improving fine motor sensory processing and daily living skills
Collaborate with teachers parents and interdisciplinary teams
Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations progress notes and outcomes
Ensure adherence to school district policies state regulations and professional best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications
Active and unrestricted Occupational Therapist (OT) license
Strong adaptability to work across multiple locations
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Experience in a school-based setting preferred but not required
