RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to the Director Consumer Engagement this role will lead CRM strategy and execution for key Prestige brands (Gucci and Chloé).
The Senior Manager will own day-to-day CRM planning consumer engagement journeys data insights translation and cross-functional coordination to drive measurable growth in consumer recruitment conversion and retention.
Your main focus :
1. CRM Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement annual CRM plans for Gucci and Chloé aligned with brand priorities and campaign calendars.
- Drive CRM KPIs including new user recruitment activation retention and loyalty program engagement.
- Lead campaign planning segmentation and CRM content coordination across WeChat EC platforms and offline boutiques.
- Ensure seamless integration of CRM across touchpoints (Department Store FSS TMALL JD WeChat etc.).
2. Data & Insight Management
- Leverage CRM database and dashboards to generate actionable insights on consumer lifecycle and segmentation.
- Partner with Data & Tech Manager to optimize CRM systems automation and reporting tools (Cockpit Salesforce etc.).
- Conduct competitor benchmarking and consumer behavior analysis to identify opportunities.
3. Agency & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Manage CRM and WeChat agencies to ensure quality execution tracking and ROI delivery.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing E-Com Retail and CMI teams to align CRM actions with campaign and business objectives.
- Consolidate CRM learnings and best practices for management review.
4. Leadership & Development
- Supervise brand CRM managers (e.g. Gucci Chloé).
- Provide training and guidance to enhance CRM execution excellence across the team.
- Support Director CE in driving CRM transformation projects and system upgrades.
YOU ARE A COTY FIT
You are a hands-on CRM leader passionate about understanding consumers turning insights into action and building loyalty through creativity and precision. You thrive in a fast-paced environment balancing strategic thinking with operational excellence.
- Bachelors degree in business Marketing or related fields.
- 68 years of CRM / Consumer Engagement experience preferably in luxury or beauty.
- Strong operational experience in CRM campaign execution and data-driven marketing.
- Proficient in using CRM tools and analytics (e.g. Salesforce CDP Power BI or equivalent loyalty program).
- Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English; experience in international environments preferred
