Job Summary
Are you ready to discover the role of an ITAM - Service Now Business Analyst at Netcompany
As an ITAM - Service Now Business Analyst you will:
- Work with stakeholders to capture and document business needs with a focus on Hardware Asset Management (HAM).
- Collaborate with development teams to improve business processes and enhance the user experience.
- Analyze and design automated workflows using Flow Designer to increase efficiency.
- Define and refine asset tracking lifecycle management and reporting processes within ServiceNow.
- Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Assist with testing activities and create detailed documentation.
- Present findings and proposed solutions to stakeholders including senior management.
Qualifications :
What would make you a fit for the role:
- 3 years as a Business Analyst including 1 year in ServiceNow implementations with HAM expertise.
- Strong knowledge of asset lifecycle processes data integrity and reporting.
- Skills in analyzing large datasets and defining workflows.
- Experience in Agile methodologies JIRA and translating business needs into technical requirements.
- Excellent communication stakeholder management skills and customer-facing experience.
- Strong problem-solving multitasking adaptability and troubleshooting skills.
- Fluency in English and French (B2) and familiarity with ServiceNow certifications is a plus.
