- Follow standard practices and perform all work necessary to promptly and accurately obtain quality and quantity production follow plant Safety policies Plant policies Environmental policies and keep work areas neat clean and orderly.
- Must be able to effectively communicate with supervision other personnel and any supplying department supervision.
- Perform other duties as directed by the Supervisor or Department Manager.
- Perform all warehouse functions according to Continental Quality Management.
- Maintain inventory accuracy by performing necessary BIN utilization activity tire age etc.
- Execute cycle count and physical inventory.
- Ability to maneuver 50lbs and lift 25lbs.
- Maintain 5S standard throughout all warehouse areas and functions.
- Coordinate the production receipt storage picking delivery and tracking of finished tires both domestically and internationally including document preparation.
- Resolve maintenance issues during daily system operation and work on optimization potential.
- Maintain SAP system master data.
