Job Summary
This role ensures seamless integration between WMS ERP CRM and other business-critical systems driving operational efficiency and supporting strategic growth initiatives. They will provide technical support to end-users and customers.
Location:Golden Valley MN
Salary Range: $95000.00 - $115000.00 (commensurate with experience)

What does this job look like daily
- Installation & Configuration Deploy configure and maintain enterprise software applications to ensure optimal functionality.
- Maintenance & Upgrades Apply security patches perform system updates and proactively manage version control to keep platforms secure and current.
- User Management Create and administer user accounts define access rights and enforce permission policies to safeguard system integrity.
- Troubleshooting & Support Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently while delivering responsive support to end-users and customers.
- System Monitoring Continuously track performance metrics review system logs and implement corrective actions to maintain reliability and efficiency.
- New Implementations Partner with department leaders to plan configure and integrate new software solutions that align with business objectives.
What do you need to do this job
- Experience:
- Bachelors degree in information technology or related field.
- 5 years of experience in enterprise applications (ERP CRM).
- Technical Expertise:
- Strong knowledge of WMS platforms (e.g. Manhattan Blue Yonder SAP EWM Oracle WMS).
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP Oracle Microsoft Dynamics) and CRM tools.
- Experience with transportation or warehouse software is preferred.
- Skills:
- Proven track record in system integration process automation and cross-functional collaboration.
- Excellent problem-solving analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment

About the Role
This role is office-based with regular working hours that may include earlier or later meetings to accommodate different schedules. The salary grade for this position ranges from $85764.30 - $125113.70 annually. While offers will be based on experience and qualifications the targeted pay range for this role is $95000.00 - $115000.00.
