Job Description:
This position is a 9-months contract for a maternity cover. The incumbent will be responsible for delivering HR support across multiple functions including talent acquisition training development and employee relations. The ideal candidate will be a strategic partner to the business ensuring HR initiatives align with organizational goals while fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support across the full spectrum of HR functions including but not limited to recruitment training & development employees welfare and benefits employee engagement and expat administration.
- Manage recruitment processes including coordination with hiring managers agency liaison and interview logistics.
- Facilitate training programs by managing schedules registrations materials attendance tracking feedback collection and vendor invoicing.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating employee engagement initiatives events and activities to foster a positive work culture.
- Support procurement processes by raising Purchase Requests (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO) for HR-related activities and services
- Deliver day-to-day HR support to employees addressing queries and ensuring smooth HR service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports for management review.
- Any other duties and projects that may be assigned from time to time.
Requisite Criteria & Skills
- Diploma or Bachelors Degree in related field or equivalent.
- Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience in HR generalist or equivalent.
- Detailed and meticulous
- Good business acumen able to demonstrate flexibility and ability to execute and deliver on time with quality.
- Strong interpersonal skills able to interact with all levels of employees and work as a team player.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems particularly Workday is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
