Job Summary
- Assist in planning and executing creative digital marketing campaigns across social media email and paid channels.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to develop engaging visually appealing and innovative marketing materials.
- Contribute fresh ideas for social media posts product promotions and brand storytelling.
- Support SEO and SEM efforts with creative content strategies that boost visibility.
- Manage and update product listings with compelling descriptions and visuals to enhance customer experience.
- Track inventory and liaise with logistics for smooth order fulfillment.
- Analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements for ROI optimization.
- Handle customer inquiries related to online orders and ensure timely resolution.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in digital marketing or e-commerce
- Familiarity with social media platforms Google Analytics and basic SEO principles.
- Strong organizational and creativity skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CMS or e-commerce tools is a plus.
