This pivotal leadership role marks the transition from managing individual compliance projects to overseeing a broader portfolio of work in the independence department of the Forvis Mazars network. The Manager will lead a team responsible for global compliance tools and data initiatives ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives and the Networks long-term goals. This includes direct oversight of individuals who support the deployment analysis and evolution of independence compliance systems across the organization. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking operational oversight and people leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Management of data and compliance: Oversee and align multiple related projects including global compliance tool deployment data quality monitoring and Key Performance Indicator tracking to drive strategic outcomes.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and support team members in roles such as WeCheck Support Analyst and Senior Analysts. Provide guidance mentorship and performance feedback while fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture.

- Objective Setting & Delegation: Define clear goals and assignments for both self and team members. Ensure clarity accountability and alignment with broader business strategies.

Initiate or contribute to strategic initiatives that enhance organizational performance and innovation. - Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Lead recruitment efforts to attract evaluate and hire top talent for critical roles. Manage the interview process and ensure a positive candidate experience while maintaining alignment with organizational goals.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in accounting business data analysis computer science Information technology or related field
- At least 5 years experience in audit in a complex international firm
- Understanding of independence standards globally
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and reporting platforms
- Proven experience managing cross-functional or international teams and multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong understanding of strategic planning organizational alignment compliance data governance and project management
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and implement operational protocols
- Excellent problem-solving communication leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically
