Job Summary
YOU
- design develop and improve manufacturing processes systems and equipment to optimize production reduce costs and enhance quality
- run process simulations to validate different production rates and scenarios before implementation
- create Business Process Models and flowcharts to map workflows and identify areas for improvement
- apply Value Stream Mapping to analyze production steps buffer stocks and detect bottlenecks
- contribute to the introduction of digital tools in manufacturing including software solutions that support production processes
- collect clean and analyze production data to identify trends patterns and opportunities for optimization
Qualifications :
YOU
- hold a degree in mechanical aeronautical industrial or production engineering or a comparable field of study
- bring knowledge of manufacturing or process engineering ideally within the aeronautics sector
- have experience with tools such as Skywise AnyLogic SAP ARIS CATIA SolidWorks or comparable systems
- are eager to work in a dynamic project environment bridging engineering expertise with practical implementation
- speak fluent English and have a good command of German
