Job Summary

As a Material & Logistics Lead you will play a key role within the project operations team reporting directly to site and project leadership. You will be responsible for coordinating all material and logistics activities required to support safe efficient and timely project execution. This includes processing work orders managing inventory sourcing and procuring materials and organizing the ordering pickup and delivery of equipment and supplies. You will provide on-site leadership through effective planning strong communication and proactive problem-solving to ensure materials are available when and where they are this role you will also conduct safety inspections to address facility deficiencies maintain compliance with all safety and operational standards and build strong relationships with internal teams vendors and suppliers. Leveraging your experience in logistics supply chain and procurement you will support overall project success through accuracy reliability and consistent execution of all material and logistics workflows.


Qualifications :

  • Minimum 7 years experience as a Material & Logistics Lead with strong portfolio of relevant projects. 
  • Experience in Logistics Supply Chain Management and/or Procurement is an asset. 
  • Proven ability to process work orders coordinate the ordering pickup and delivery of materials manage inventory source optimal suppliers and products and conduct safety inspections to address facility deficiencies. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. 
  • Meet minimum mandatory safety ticket requirements: 
    • Common Safety Orientation (CSO) 
  • Physically capable of performing demanding job tasks in various work conditions. 
  • Proficient in English both written and verbal communication required. 

Additional Information :

This position has been identified as a safety sensitive position and will require completion of drug and alcohol testing.
