Job Summary
We are looking for someone who has a friendly customer-focused attitude with a passion to exceed guest expectations.
This is a casual role reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager and Assistant Managers.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assisting the Food & Beverage Department across all outlets including: Courtyard Restaurant Olims Bar & Bistro Bottle Shop Room Service Minibar and Conference & Events.
- Providing efficient friendly and professional service to all guests.
- Greeting & welcoming guests assisting with enquiries & restaurant bookings. Assisting guests with menu offerings & maximizing sales opportunities through product knowledge.
- Set up & pack down of conference rooms
Qualifications :
- A friendly self-motivated personality with the ability to work within a team.
- A demonstrated understanding of industry-related technology systems
- Current RSA certificate
