Job Summary
Task List
- Performs all daily cleaning assignments as per work flow.
- Performs all weekly cleaning assignments as per cleaning schedule.
- Works in dish room scrapping trays loading and unloading dish machine and sorting silverware.
- Records dish machine and pot water temperatures takes necessary corrective action if temperatures fall outside of proper range.
- Sweeps and mops floors.
- Cleans tables counters and various types of kitchen equipment which may include: steam tables yogurt machine beverage machines refrigerators slicer grill etc.
- Removes trash from department and transports to disposal area maintaining levels in department.
- Receives food deliveries and stores products in appropriate areas rotating stock according to policy.
- Delivers floor stock to all floors while maintaining par levels and fills requisitions as needed.
- Delivers patient late trays to the ED and other patient units when requested and does so in a timely fashion.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
Education and Experience
1. High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
