We are looking for a motivated Advisor in our Corporate Finance & Insurance division within Corporate Treasury.

The Advisor supports global liquidity optimization and corporate financial objectives by contributing expertise in repatriating cash from international subsidiaries in a tax-efficient and compliant manner. This role partners closely with Treasury Tax Legal and regional finance teams to navigate complex regulatory environments mitigate foreign exchange and tax risks and ensure timely availability of funds for strategic initiatives. The position provides critical analysis and guidance that directly impacts capital allocation shareholder returns and the companys ability to deploy resources effectively across global markets.

This role offers the opportunity to influence global liquidity strategy and contribute to high-impact initiatives that strengthen the companys financial position. Youll collaborate with senior leadership and global teams to deliver solutions that drive efficiency and shareholder value with opportunities for career growth and advancement.

Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:

Corporate Cash Repatriation Strategy

  • Support global cash repatriation initiatives to ensure timely movement of funds from international entities to the U.S. aligning with corporate liquidity and capital allocation goals
  • Assist in developing and executing repatriation strategies using dividends return of capital and intercompany loans while optimizing tax efficiency and minimizing FX and regulatory risks
  • Monitor global cash balances and targets ensuring adherence to quarterly repatriation schedules and working capital requirements across multiple jurisdictions
  • Prepare and deliver repatriation forecasts and reports to senior leadership highlighting risks opportunities and alignment with corporate financial priorities

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Partner cross-functionally across Tax Treasury Controllers Digital and Business teams to deliver exceptional results
  • Supports the development and delivery of reports and presentations for senior management and executive stakeholders

Digital Enablement

  • Champion the use of digital tools and data-driven solutions to enhance financial decision-making streamline processes and deliver measurable business impact
  • Collaborate with internal digital teams to identify opportunities for automation visualization and analytics

Leadership & Development

  • Actively promote organizational capability and professional development
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning collaboration and innovation within the finance organization

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Economics Mathematic Business Administration or a related discipline
  • 5 years of experience in global treasury operations international tax planning or corporate finance

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of cross-border cash management foreign exchange and regulatory compliance
  • Background working in or with multinational organizations.
  • High proficiency in analytical thinking problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities perform under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Self-starter with a strategic mindsetable to see the big picture while managing the details.
  • Strong communication and presentation skillscomfortable engaging with senior management and tailoring messaging to diverse audiences.
  • Passion for leveraging digital tools and data-driven insights to drive enhancements innovation and measurable results
  • Commitment to team collaboration and knowledge sharing to strengthen collective expertise and drive successful outcomes.
