Job Summary


Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily bistro operations ensuring timely and high-quality service.

  • Train motivate and support team members to uphold service standards and company policies.

  • Oversee opening and closing procedures including cash handling and inventory checks.

  • Maintain a clean organized and safe working environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.

  • Assist with scheduling task assignments and performance feedback for team members.

  • Communicate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth coordination and efficient service.

  • Address guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure a positive dining experience.

  • Monitor product quality stock levels and supply needs; place orders when necessary.

  • Support menu updates promotions and special events as directed by management.
