Responsibilities
Coordinates Schedulers and/or Secretarial staff education instructors in the scheduling of anesthesia services. Acts as a liaison between Staff Physicians and other hospital personnel as well as physician offices and patients or community. Provides service to neonates pediatric adolescent adult and geriatric patients and to adult NSH employees through the Human Resources Department.
Qualifications
- BA/BS in business or related field
- Two (2) years experience as a Scheduler or other related experience.
- One (1) year of supervisory experience in healthcare or related environment.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Medical Terminology.
- Demonstrated experience in the use of a computerized scheduling system and related trouble-shooting maintenance and repair activities.
