Visas Global Data Office develops and manages a portfolio of innovative data solutions powering multiple lines of business government and merchant clients. These products deliver actionable insights improve operational efficiency and unlock opportunities for growth and customer engagement. The Data Product Analyst plays a critical role in supporting data products across their lifecycle with a strong focus on analytics insights and AI-driven recommendations
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers on data products supporting pipeline management sales enablement and cross-functional projects with marketing sales engineering and operations.
- Own feedback tracking for all supported products organize manage and synthesize client user and internal input to inform product improvements and prioritization.
- Manage client onboarding and workspace setup processes across the product portfolio ensuring seamless experiences and accurate billing.
- Address client inquiries and product-related issues working with marketing to create product collateral case studies and demo assets.
- Support development of AI-powered features and data-driven insights to enhance product value.
- Assist in analyzing product performance metrics and generating actionable recommendations for optimization.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
Qualifications :
Basic Qualifications:
- 2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters MBA JD MD or PhD)
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters MBA JD MD)
- Experience working with merchants or merchant-focused data products.
- Exposure to building or supporting new data or AI-driven products.
- Technical background or familiarity with data engineering analytics or AI/ML concepts.
- Strong understanding of data visualization and insights generation (e.g. dashboards recommendation engines).
- Proficiency with modern analytics tools (Tableau Looker SQL) and experience with AI/ML frameworks is a plus.
- Familiarity with product/project management platforms (e.g. JIRA Asana).
- 2 years of experience in a data analysis consulting product or project management role. SaaS or digital product experience preferred.
- Strong analytical problem-solving and critical thinking skill able to interpret and translate complex data for diverse audiences.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly organized with strong project management capabilities able to prioritize tasks across concurrent initiatives.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk communicate in person and by telephone frequently operate standard office equipment such as telephones and computers.
