Role:Permanent

Reporting to: Cell Lead

Location:Pasuruan

Maintenance Lead

As the Maintenance Lead you are responsible for:

• • Ownership of line daily management systems (DMSs) including breakdown elimination (BDE) and maintenance planning and scheduling (MP&S).
  • Encouraged to develop the operating teams on technical troubleshooting and technical mastery.
  • Problem solving on the line including taking on the role of the line expert for in-Depth Analysis (IDA).
  • Developing and updating annual maintenance plan and calendar.
  • Ensuring the revision and updating maintenance technical documentation required.

Who are we looking for

• Bachelor degree diploma in engineering.
• 3 years work experience in manufacturing including 2 years in process engineer experienced mechanic electronic or specialist.
• English - fluent (Management experience in a technical/industrial environment).
• Experience with continuous improvement programs (KAIZEN TPM).
• Analytically minded and able to interpret and analyze data.
• Demonstrated abilities in influencing people guide coach and develop others through on-shop-floor interaction.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
